Return Policy

Advanced POS Technologies is one of the nation’s largest distributors for Point of Sale, Barcoding and Identification equipment. We stand behind what we sell and strive to always provide a superior level of customer service.

Advanced POS Technologies promises to always deliver high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with the product(s), you can request to return unused, unopened merchandise by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. 

IMPORTANT: Exchange or return of items will result in a 25% charge or $25, whichever is greater as a restocking fee.

If attempting to return a product sold by one of our resellers, you will need to contact them directly. To set up a return for unused products you will need to request an RMA form within 30 days from the day your order was received. Once an RMA form has been issued you have 7 days to ship back the merchandise. The customer is responsible for the cost of the returned shipping.

If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost, and a prepaid return label will be issued.

Explain the reason for the return:

-It's the wrong size or doesn't fit.

-I don't need it anymore

-I found a better price elsewhere.

-It's defective or doesn't work.

-It doesn't match the listing.

-It arrived damaged.

Return Requirements:

-We accept returns within 30  days from the original invoice date on your order (the item must be sealed in the original box and be in the same condition as we send it).

-Consumables such as paper, ribbons, pvc cards and cleaning kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

-The customer has to return shipping fees.

-Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and a RMA form.

-RMA forms are valid for 15 days and we must receive the returned products within this time frame.
